Registration Information

The conference is planned to take place as a fully in-person event this year. The registration fees have now been fixed as below.

Author Registration

At least one author of EACH accepted paper is required to register under the Author Registration type by 12 June, 2023. Failure to pay the registration fee by the set deadline will lead to the removal of the accepted paper from the Conference's proceedings. The author registration fee is £600.

Non-Author Registration

The standard rate for non-author participants is £600. The deadline for registration is 7 August, 2023.

We also offer an early registration option with a reduced registration fee of £500. The deadline for the early non-author registration is 12 June, 2023.

Student Registration

Students can register for participating in the conference with a significantly reduced registration fee of £300. The deadline for registration is 7 August, 2023.

NB: If you are a student but the only author of an accepted paper who will attend the Conference, you must register under the Author Registration type and pay the full registration fee of £600, as stated above.

To register as a student participant, you are required to send us an electronic proof of your student status to nss-socialsec2023@kent.ac.uk.

Visa Letter

If you need a visa letter to attend the Conference, please indicate this when filling the registration form. Once we receive your registration record, we will arrange a letter for you.
